After a long day in Moscow I found internet access...

So this will be mostly random thoughts because I'm pretty brain fried. I am in Moscow right now.  I just finished seeing the sights, spent most of the day in Red Square and it was unbelievable.

This trip is taking a lot out of me and I am getting a lot for the effort.  It is very hard being a tourist in Russia.  The customs and language are constant barriers.  Its hard to know what to do almost constantly.  Its more than the simple how do I? kind of questions.  Sometimes its more like "Is this even possible?!! expletive expletive" :)

Its a different world.  I've studied the language, and the history.  But without experiencing Russia you can not know what its like.  Its a confusing place.  Its a place that beats on you.  Its a place that requires effort. 

And yes I'm still loving it.  I have some really hard days since I left sunny arizona.  I've never regretted it, but there are sometimes that I am glad have passed.

I'll write more when I can.  I'm feeling very disconnected from friends and family and it helps to write.  I struggle to process all of this new stuff, and it won't really sink in til I get back.  I'll write proper posts about each day then. :)
